Intuitive Guidance Psychic Mediumship sessions are a beautiful way to receive guidance from passed on loved ones or your spirit guides. If you are feeling confused, lost, uncertain or would like answers to specific questions, a session can help bring clarity and a sense of reassurance. During our time together, I will connect to your guides, angels, and/or passed on loved ones to bring you guidance and perspective on your journey. I typically use a combination of channeling and pulling Oracle or Tarot cards to share their guidance and wisdom with you. Clients often describe this as a very specific, tailored-to-you counselling session!
Psychic Mediumship and Energy Healing sessions are available in person at Healthy Roots Wellness Centre in Regina, Saskatchewan.
We can also connect virtually over Zoom so you can relax and enjoy your reading or session in the comfort of your home!
This session begins with in-depth intuitive guidance related to personal growth, inner child and shadow work I will use a combination of channeling your guides and Oracle/Tarot cards for this portion of the session.
We will then move to Energy Healing and Clearing, using a combination of Usui and Karuna Ki Reiki to help clear any stuck or stagnant energies, cords and/or attachments and help you to feel lighter, more balanced and revitalized. We may also use energetic retrieval practices to work with fragmented parts of Self.

Hi, I’m Erin — intuitive psychic medium, energy healer, personal growth guide, and passionate advocate for healing and self-reclamation.
Since childhood, I’ve been deeply connected to Spirit, and would receive messages and communications in a variety of ways. But like many sensitive souls, I learned to shut this part of myself down in order to navigate the world. Still, these capacities within me never left; they waited until I was ready.
Before stepping fully into this work, I spent almost two decades as a teacher. I loved witnessing children grow and evolve, but over time, I realized the traditional system no longer aligned with my purpose. Leaving was difficult, but it was also a turning point — a necessary unraveling that guided me fully back to my gifts.
Through my own healing journey, I rediscovered my innate psychic and mediumship abilities and became a certified Reiki and Karuna Ki Master. These modalities cracked open the door to everything that had been dormant — and led me to the work I now do with deep devotion and gratitude.
Today, I support others on their paths of healing and awakening. My work weaves together intuitive guidance, energy healing, psychic channeling, mediumship, and embodied transformation. I’m passionate about shadow work, generational healing, and empowering others to reclaim their truth and step into who they are here to be.
